About Enrica Rocca Cooking School

After Enrica Rocca moved to London in 2002 she opened a highly successful cookery school in Notting Hill. that focused on simple, fresh ingredients, Italian home cooking, generous portions and the joy of joining around the kitchen to chat, cook, eat and drink. On her return to Venice, Enrica Rocca opened a second cookery school and her daughters, Charlotte and Claire, took over the London cookery school. Offering a mix of supper clubs and cooking classes including The Italian Feast Cooking Class and a Full Day Cooking Class with Portobello Market Tour, guests can expect to learn how to cook the delicious dishes that the sisters grew up on, plenty of Prosecco and wine and of course lots of food. The kitchen can also be hired for both private celebrations, corporate events and client entertaining. Alongside their cookery school, Charlotte and Claire also offer private and corporate catering and can either deliver their home cooked Italian dishes already prepared or they can cook it for you at your home. Menus vary but example canapes include aubergine, smoked mozzarella and basil arancini and mousse of asparagus, Parmesan and truffle whilst larger dishes include Italian baby potato salad with parsley, capers, mustard and lemon and almond and orange cake with Mascarpone icing.
